September Points Table

The August points table is now complete, and as usual, I've now awarded ten points to Hecta, five to Poncho, three to Donna and one to Dave Saxey and Matthew Moffitt for taking out the top four spots.

September's competition scoreboard:

22: Moffitt the prophet
12: Matt Lemieux
At this point, there are over 370 points available, and more may well be offered during the month.
Twelve points to the first non-Sydneysider who can explain why this area of Sydney is in the news this week.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that (according to Google News) that the APEC meeting are going to be held there.

(I live in Clemson, South Carolina, USA.)

Matt - well done and my apologies for being so slow to award the points on this one. Somehow, I missed your comment until now. Have twelve points.

This also is showing as live on Pics and Points.

You can tell I'm stalling on a deadline, can't you?

Thanks - corrected. I'll give you one point for each of these two corrections. And yes, I had wondered why you were suddenly so active again! What's the deadline?

It's a reaction, really. Finally handed in that essay last Friday, then had to write sermon late Saturday night/Sunday arvo. So I'm a bit pooped.

Which is not the best way to be when trying to write a 10 min talk for a school Christmas assembly aiming at K-12. Hence, stalling.

Ah, well done on getting the essay in. Were you happy with it? Have you had to the talk yet? Hope it went/goes well.
