O come, Thou Key of David
O come, Thou Key of David, come,
And open wide our heavenly home;
Make safe the way that leads on high,
And close the path to misery.
Rejoice! Rejoice!
Emmanuel shall come to thee, O Israel.
of doom, gloom and empty tombs
O come, Thou Key of David, come,
And open wide our heavenly home;
Make safe the way that leads on high,
And close the path to misery.
Rejoice! Rejoice!
Emmanuel shall come to thee, O Israel.

Hi Byron.
We have a beautiful CD of 24 carols for advent of which this is the first. The details are at http://www.naxoscarols.com/ and it will play the first verse of each one for you.
It was recorded at the church of a friend and was just around the corner from where we lived in London.
I really miss England at this time of year. I miss the weather that makes sense of so many beautiful songs and I miss my choir.
