PS: I think these days my "reaction" to these matters is just angry, angry, angry....
I'm pretty burned out. Even the politicians I'm meeting lately just don't want to know what other politicians have already decided re: peak oil.
I mean, when you have the Australian Senate Committee clearing saying that market forces alone have no hope of sorting this out....

Yet not even the politicians I am meeting these days care.... even the ones in very marginal seats. It seems we are blinded by the 4WD and airline advertising. Everything with oil is normal, the advertising on TV said so. We couldn't possibly be near the final oil crisis when that shiny new SUV is still for sail?
